A rumor has been circulated that Linda Shelton is being considered for a position on the staff of a Western Conference in their Women’s Ministries department. It is said that Linda has flown to that Conference in connection with that offer. That story is totally groundless. No such offer has been made to Linda, nor is one presently being considered. Linda is traveling for personal reasons. She is traveling over the weekend, and is expected to attend services. She will likely meet some church leadership. But, she is not officially involved in any of the programs that she may attend. She is not being considered for denominational employment in the area where she is visiting.
