There will soon be a new "Mending Broken People" program made in which Dan has decided that the entire 3ABN board will be on the stage with him. He's rallying his support group around him ready for the fight, I'd say.
The first time this was taped it was in a local church many, many years ago. Then it was some really lame "Behind the Scenes" program in which Dan didn't know what to do, so he just sat in that God-awful sunroom set and regurgitated the story once again. Now, they're pulling out all the stops! Can't wait to see this one. Of course, at the rate of production right now, it may be a year before anyone sees it! They are trying to put so much together that it's all just a mass of confusion. Their job is to arrange all of these new programs so that they're ready when they go down into production. but that's not what's happening. I didn't see the program last night, but I remember when we first started getting 3ABN in the late nineties, they were praising God. Now it seems that they do mostly praise each other on the "Thiursday NIght LIve" programs.

It was not a Thursday night "live", but a Thursday night "dead", that means pre-recorded and no one can call in questions and get in the way of Danny's canned messege. Thanks sonshineonme! I found it. Yes, I suspect he was thinking about a particular person:) I'll have to watch the program Sunday.
sister, I've often wondered how the call in programs work. They are screened I sure! Seems like it could be "dangerous" to invite people to call in with their questions:) |

That, of course, is no longer done. Now all the questions are written down and it is chosen which ones will be read on the live. In an event such as last night questions might have been very "uncomfortable", so the program was pre-recorded or a "dead" live. Sister |

Sister, thanks for the info. I had wondered if they still did the on-air questions. I hadn't seen any for a long time but I uusually miss the live programs anyway.
