Hi Bystander and Eye Witness.
Since one of you might be Danny, since you have such good sources of information, since you're out to defend Danny for all your worth, I thought I'd ask you a question. Last September Attorney Nick Miller told me he could see things coming, and so he resigned. He really didn't tell me what those things were. Then Gailon told me something about Nick's being asked to resign upon request from the board after he had presented financial problems that he saw. Could you comment? What really happened, from your perspective? By the way, though I did not know it last September, I have since discovered that Nick Miller is the brother-in-law of a good friend of mine, someone I lived near from around 1976 to 1983. My friend went to a sister church in the same district, and my mom and his mother used to canvass together. This post has been edited by Pickle: Feb 9 2007, 07:50 AM |

What really happened, from your perspective? Pickle, I would have to do some homework on this before posting. That is what this forum always says. Do your homework before you comment. I have heard of Miller. I see by reading this post that there are already discrepancies. Miller says he resigned, Gailon says he was ask to resign. Big difference. If Gailons take on the subject is accurate and he was asked to resign that means there was some kind of differences between he and the board therefore we have, yet another, "disgruntled" employee, so to speak, so will watch things unfold as he sharpens his ax. Why is it you guys never hear from all the employees, volunteers, ect that were and are happy as clams at 3ABN? Why do you not post positive comments that you have heard through the years. I am sure that both of you have probably met people that came into the church because of the 3abn programming but none of that is ever mentioned. You seem to seek out only those that were unhappy for some reason or the other and have nothing but negative to say. As far as Miller is concerned maybe eyewitness will know more than I. We shall see..... QUOTE(ex3ABNemployee @ Feb 2 2007, 03:04 PM) Pickle, Bystander doesn't believe in answering questions. That's obvious. Bystander,
Anyone who follows through on a request to resign by resigning has resigned. No discrepancy. When you dig a little, see if you can find out why high-level 3ABNers have violated their gentleman's agreement not to tell their side of the story if Nick doesn't tell his. |

I just said that I didn't have information on this subject. Obviously 3ABN has kept their "gentlements" agreement or I would have some information on the subject. My comment that he might have been ask to resign came from your post of what Gailon told you. Maybe Gailon did not keep a "gentlemans agreement" |

Bystander, you do know that membership in BSDA is free and all are welcome to come here and post, provided they obey the rules of the board.
Now to the credit of many who have posted negatively about Danny, his family, the 3ABN board, etc. , they have said that the programming and most of the people there are a blessing. I think their problem lies with administration. I believe that is understood by all. Now, I don't know, because I don't watch......it is not available in my area, and honestly would not watch if it was. Nothing against anyone, I just never have watched, and the few glimpses I have taken have not impressed to to include in my TV viewing schedule. They're under the topic "Unanswered Questions for Aletheia and Bystander" Aletheia did make a feeble attempt at answering when she realized she was backed into a corner. I have yet to hear anything from you. That tells me you don't stand by what you say. -------------------- Duane Clem
