It seems the Dannyscribes have found yet another site to post at. Some folks calling themselves "donator", "sunbeam" and "FHB") has begun posting rebuttals to various accusations made against 3ABN, some of which I have never heard of, i.e., DS pays $2000 for a shirt. [Since I haven't gotten around to reading every thread here, I suppose that one may be here some place.] You can check it out here and here Some of the long time posters here may recognize some of those posting there.

I was sent the link a couple days ago and after reading the discussion about the $2000 shirt, I rolled my eyes and left. I recommend they be allowed to primarily talk to themselves rather than posters from BSDA going there. They don't want real dialogue although where did Steffan go? He never did answer my question about whether he would be at camp meeting. I have a feeling Aletheia may do all right as a moderator. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen someone who has expressed strong opinions on a forum do all right when having to fill a moderator position that requires neutrality.

I've never yet seen a forum where a moderator was required to be neutral. ALL moderators have a position... some take a broader view than others, but ALL, including Calvin, has a place where they draw the line. And we already know where Aletheia "draws the lines". But... I agree with others, it's nice that they have their own "playground" now.... and even if BSDA and Save3abn seldom get mentioned, the very preposterousness of their defensive statements will arouse curiosity in some... and when they go looking they will find these forums.  |
