Many of you reading this know that ASI attempted to mediate a resolution of the issues regarding 3-ABN with a three people representing Linda Shelton. I was one of the three people who represented her.
While I appreciated the hard work that Harold Lance did in attempting to put this tothether, I have publicly stated that it failed, in part, due to the failure of the parties to agree on the process, the areas for consideration, and publication of the findings along with the evidence obtained. It failed well before all of us could discuss fully the issues. For those of you interested in these public standards for arbitration and mediation, you may want to reference www.adr.org That is the website of the American Arbitration Association. Maybe Linda and Danny could have done better with these people?
My bank sent a new policy about resolution by arbitration. I read up on it and decided if we disputed anything we would go to court. So I signed out of the program. I may change my mind later!
