Yes, everyone wants to talk about Gailon Joy filing for bankruptcy.
Those documents have been posted in the PACER system, and are available for anyone who wants to pay the fee. The case # is: 07-43128 You can access the PACER system at: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov These documents are extensive. A review of them should clear up some of the errors that people have posted: You will note that 3-ABN is not listed as a creditor. Bankruptcy will not affect this lawsuit. Folks, the information is there. You do not need to speculate. If you want to know, go to the source. -------------------- Gregory Matthews posts here under the name "Observer."

Observer,
Did you see an Adventist Institution in there? Or do you think AppleTree was assuming 3ABN was going to get gypped out of whatever award 3ABN was going to get, even though 3ABN isn't named? I asked Gailon about AppleTree's comment and he couldn't figure out what Adventist Institution he was referring to. But I made a copy of his comments so I can show the judge that a well-connected 3ABNer or 3ABN ally, has declared 3ABN to still be an Adventist institution, regardless of how unaffiliated and non-denominated it happens to be. But long before I show the judge, the Judge already saw it. And that's a sobering thought. |

Another document lists 14 different accounts that may be affected by this action. Those accounts are spread among 10 different creditors. Yes, there is a reason for the difference between the 11 and the 10, and why one was left off of the other document. For our purposes, the listing of the 10 is the most informative, and accurate. The total value of the 14 accounts is listed at $18,046.47. None of these accounts appears to be either a religious organization, or anything associated with 3-ABN. Two of these accounts have listed amounts of slightly over $4,000.00. The next highest, after those two, is listed as: $1,762.43. The lowest account is listed as $170.00. The second lowest is listed as $249.55. None of these accounts have anything exciting about them. With a total balance of slightly over $18,000.00, if this is converted to a Chapter 13 filling, Gailon expects to be able to pay off all of the accounts. When it is converted, he will be required to pay them off. Folks, the documents have been filed with the court. They are open to public view. You do not need to speculate. NOTE: Gailon is represented by an attorney licensed to practice in the location where the action was filed. -------------------- Gregory Matthews posts here under the name "Observer."
