Darius, we can at least try because the GC DOES have a list of countries and how they are doing evangellically speaking. The question about measurement is actually moot in this case.
That would at least be a step in the right direction. |

Anita, I can assure you that if a decision were taken to use an evangelism criterion that list would not be the basis for it. It is one thing to develop a list for propaganda purposes, quite another to use it for political purposes.

What about an answer Darius, like, "for the purposes of preaching the everlasting gospel and seeing how well countries have once or now accepted the SDA message"? Even Pitcairn Island was once 100 percent SDA but that has all gone thru the floor right now.
It would be a starting point, I say again, Darius. And then I posit that if more concentration is made in that area that much more would probably be achieved than we are doing today. Such as why did Pitcairn Island go through the chutes? And what can we do to prevent such recurrences? Don't you know that it is best to light one candle than to curse the darkness, Darius? |
