Cost Of Litigation, How much is the cost to 3ABN and to the defense? Options

It has been pointed out to posters here for a long time both here and on other forums that the
legal counsel and their experts have been monitoring these forums discussions.

If this is true, the cost to 3ABN must be a lot higher than I had thought.

Monitoring these fora must literally take hundreds of billable hours. Granted, the high-paid lawyers don't do the "monitoring" themselves, so the cost is less than they bill for their time. But they do bill more than they pay their secretaries.

Can anyone do the math as to how much just this "monitoring" is costing 3ABN?

Then there is the cost to the defendants.

Bob Pickle is estimating that it will cost him $30,000.00 by July ($30,000.00 he doesn't have) just to pay the court reporters for necessary filing of documents to defend himself. He is not using any lawyers!

Then there are the costs to Gailon Joy, which may be equivalent to those of Bob Pickle, or more.

And now there are costs to Calvin, to protect the right of posters to free speech and privacy.

I wonder who is rejoicing over the way those who call themselves God's people giving the Three Angels' Messages are spending the Lord's money?

(I believe the defendants have no choice at this time, other than to defend themselves the best they can. Danny Shelton and 3ABN could choose to settle out of court with Gailon Joy and Bob Pickle, and they could definitely quit harassing forum owners.)

The estimated $30,000 includes document procurement and travel. Whether we will need to copy 50,000 or more documents, I don't know. But you can see that that will cost a bit. And traveling to where the depositions will be will cost.

But I enjoy staying away from motels whenever possible. It keeps the costs down.

As far as costs to 3ABN are concerned, consider also the cost to their reputation. What dollar figure can one put on that?
