This is my first post on this forum. I have read much and find it incredable with all the rumors going around that nothing has been done about these rumors until now. I pray that this letter and attorney are true and that through a court of law that the truth will come out one way or the other.
I do not know the end results of all of this, but one thing for sure, God's will is to be done, not our own. |

 Liane there are more than rumors here. May I suggest that you continue to read. Victim testiimonies are not rumors. Legal documents, are not rumors. I got word this morning from a friend of mine who had talked to Danny and who said that I'm going to get sued.
But I told him that I really don't think Danny is going to sue. For one thing, following Matthew 18, one would expect Danny to at least let me know where he thinks I have erred in anything I've said, and I don't recall him doing that. For another thing, I was told that Danny plans on bringing some sort of evidence into court that would prove Linda's guilt. But what would that have to do with me? I haven't gone around saying that Linda just has to be innocent, have I? Gailon thinks Danny really is going to sue, but on that point we disagree. I'm not going to believe it till I see it. |

As I have noted before... if he sues you, you ( or your attorney ) will get the opportunity to ask him all of the questions he has stonewalled on... under oath and on the record and that record can be entered into evidence in other court proceedings... Given the cloud hanging over Tommy's head and the investigations into allegations of fiscal malfeasance, his suing you, then, would be the equivalent of putting the noose around his own neck and standing on the chair and then asking if someone can give him a push... But hey; this *is* america... so he can do whatever floats his boat... but I cannot understand why those who claim to have his best interests at heart are not telling him that putting himself in a position where he has to face legal discovery is not ultimately a good thing for him... maybe they are only interested in his best interests as long as they line up with their own...
