Where it gets dicey is when you and those of your ilk decide to do your shouting "FIRE" in a crowded theater act... and even that is a failure on your part seeing that it has not had nearly the effect you anticipated.

Oh, I'm for free speech ... until it hurts others. I saw an example on TV one time that had a woman who was shouting "i have the right to have as many children as I want!!" Her adversary said, "yes you do, but DON'T expect me to pay for them" She was on welfare and each additional child meant she got a bigger check. The man had an interesting story. He said," you also have the right to swing your fist in the air as long and as hard as you want to.... that is until it contacts my nose... then your rights cease!

No, I have great respect for the law. Under the law, materials that are copyrighted do have certain allowable "free use." I believe that I have complied with those provisions.

You start out saying that you are not a lawyer, yet, you tempt fate by posting this letter when it specifically says that it is not to be published. It would seem you must put a lot of stock in your own opinion of what you "believe" you are allowed to do or not do, under the law.

Mr. Joy has invited criticism by the way that he has handled this whole situation. I might add for the hundreth time that he has no credentials to handle anything of this nature. So, when you say"he has gained credibility with you" that is saying that he had "some credibility" to begin with and he does not. He is not an a licensed "investigator", or an "official reporter", or a "licensed attorney." It would seem that he has no more business than you or I to do what he has been doing.
