Here's a thought...
Could it be that Danny just wants save3abn.com because it gets more hits now than 3abn.org? Just wondering.... -------------------- Duane Clem

Do you understand what "boilerplate" language is? Do you understand what "fair use" means? And as for "good luck", with all the unkind things I have seen posted regarding Mr. Joy by you and others, he just got a major boost in credibility in my eyes. He has just posted an email he sent to Gerry Spence on the save3abn.com website. We have seen the threatening letters sent by those representing 3ABN. If Mr. Joy is confident enough in his facts as to be willing to contact someone like Gerry Spence........"good luck" in your ongoing attempts to confuse the issues with your posts on this website. nw -------------------- “I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.” C.S. I wish you would hurry up and finish grinding this axe you keep carrying around...it's making even me tired... I was wondering the same thing, V... I would assume, and I could be wrong, that a lawfirm would include whatever their client wanted to include. These comments about a "real law firm" are rather ridiculous when phone numbers and email addresses are given. Obviously anyone could check and see if they are "real." I might add for the hundreth time that he has no credentials to handle anything of this nature. So, when you say"he has gained credibility with you" that is saying that he had "some credibility" to begin with and he does not. He is not an a licensed "investigator", or an "official reporter", or a "licensed attorney." It would seem that he has no more business than you or I to do what he has been doing. Therefore, the fact than he had any credibility with the people on this forum has never ceased to amaze me. The same goes for Pickle |
