Barbara asked me to post this letter from Norway:

Dear Friends,

A lot has happened in the last several months and I need to write a quick letter and let you know what's happening with me.

The past three years have been fairly stressful for me, but this past year has been the worst. We had two people living in our house, and there was the 3abn mess that was heating up (and is still going strong), and I was still in the middle of it. There were other things that just happened. You know, just life.

Well, this past summer I didn't feel right. I knew I was sick again and that my body was out of whack. I just felt really bad. Not crohn's per se, but just not right. I started juicing again, walking everyday, etcetera, etcetera. Nothing really helped completely. I knew my pH was extremely acidic when I bit into a cherry tomato and my mouth broke out into blisters. I began monitoring my pH everyday, only to find that is was continuously between 5.0 and 6.0. A normal range for a healthy person is around 6.6 to 7.0 (urine & saliva).

I was so stressed over what was happening at 3ABN, and the lies that they were continuing to tell. I would try to read the dialog on BSDA and keep up with what was happening, only I continued to feel worse each time I would read some sickening account of discovery in the Shelton household. I wanted to participate in your conversations, but I just had to quit reading after a while. I had to protect myself, and I knew the added stress was making me worse. I hope you will understand.
In September, I flew to Washington State where Linda Shelton and I attended the same conference. It was the first time we had seen each other in a year and a half. We shared a room for a couple of days and got all caught up on our ‘girl talk’. We had a great time laughing and reminiscing about ‘the good old days’.

So many of you have asked me to pass along your love and good wishes, and that is exactly what I did! She thanks each of you from the bottom of her heart for all of your prayers, your love and your support! She misses you and she misses working in ministry more than I can ever express in words. Her heart is broken over what has been taken away from her. We cried together and we prayed together.

I encourage her every week on the phone that God still has a purpose for our lives. That He can bring something beautiful our of this mess, . . . and most of all, that He hasn’t forgotten His girls. We love Him so much. I tell her over and over again, that God did not give her 20 years of experience, running a Christian Network, just to let that training go unused. I can’t help but cry now, just thinking about the despair that she feels. Please, please, join me in praying that God will set the oppressed free, and reveal every secret thing!

While we were in Washington, Linda’s house was broken into. The only things stolen were emails and papers concerning 3ABN. One document was left behind. A legal paper that had to do with her demise at 3ABN. Her signature was forged. Darrell Mundalls car was broken into the same week. He had two computers in the back seat, both were left there, but papers and things were scattered throughout the car.

I told her the stakes seemed higher now. They were acting more desperate for evidence to prove they were right. We don’t know who broke into the house and car, but it seemed fishy to us.
In October I started having female problems which drove me to the Gyn. From there, I saw other specialists and a surgeon, all of which only promised me disfiguring surgery.
By the end of October I began feeling nauseated from the time I got up until I went to bed at night. I saw a gastroenterologist and had an endoscopy.

My Gyn kept pushing me to have surgery, he was sure I had cancer in my labia and wanted to remove it immediately. I was also diagnosed with a blood vessel disorder.

Linda Shelton encouraged me to see the Norwegian doctor (Arild Abrahamsen) that had treated her son. They call him the Miracle Doctor here in Norway. He also treats many famous European athletes from every sport imaginable. Just Wednesday I was sitting next to two young men from Sweden that were Olympic cross country skiers. One was named Peter Larson and the other Mat (something). I asked them all kinds of questions about what it's really like to train for the Olympics everyday. I also asked them why they come here. They smiled and said that no matter what their problem, virus or broken bone, the healing time with this treatment was less than half and they couldn't afford downtime.

The Swedish Olympic trainer came to see Dr. Abrahamsen a few days ago and asked him if he would treat and monitor his entire team during training. Dr. Abrahamsen is so swamped with patients, he has a one-year waiting list to be seen as a new patient. He’s not even sure he will take on the Olympic cross-country ski team.

Getting back to the original story. I told my Gyn I wanted to try something natural since they had ONLY promised disfiguring surgery, and he pushed back in his chair and said, 'I get all kinds of strange patients, with all kinds of strange ideas!' He was pretty mad. I just looked at him and asked him nicely, ‘if I was the doctor and I told him all I could promise him was to cut off his testicles, but he knew of a possible other way, wouldn't he try it?’ He just looked at me disgusted and walked out. Some people are very narrow minded when it comes to complementary medicine. I'm NOT stupid either, and I have a right to alternative treatment. I hadn’t told him I wouldn’t have the surgery, . . . I just wasn’t going to have it as my first option.

Just so you know, I have cancer in 4 places. Three female and in my stomach.
I decided at Linda’s prompting to go to Norway before undergoing the knife. There are several reasons why I came to this doctor to be treated, but honestly, at the end of the day the entire thing was one great, big, divine appointment.

Dr. Abrahamsen (a general practice doc for 30+ years) got tired of treating sickness and wanted to be a wellness doc. About 15 years ago he was trained with new technology. He was also a friend of a friend. I had never met him before and was actually a bit leery of him.

At the exact same time I was really feeling sick and starting to go see specialists (oct/nov), Abrahamsen came across a newspaper article written by researchers stating that they had found an enzyme that was present in every cancer cell, no matter the type of cancer. The enzyme is called `CASPASE - 3`. Anyways, the scientists speculated that if they could find a way to activate this de-activated enzyme, they thought the body would rid itself of cancer.

Doctor Abrahamsen completely agreed. He immediately set to work, and within a short period of time, he found a combination of remedies that would activate the enzyme.

This doctor's brother has had Hogkins or non-hogkins for 3 or 4 years now. He was one of the first people treated in November. After one week of treatment he was cancer free. I know of one more patient, a lady who came to him with bloody discharge from her breast and breast cancer. She was cancer free after 6 treatments.

The theory the scientists came up with seems to work! Only no one knows about this discovery yet because it's still so new.

I am the third person (in the world) that has received this therapy. The really great thing is that it's not drugs like chemo and radiation. I feel so much better too! And I get to keep my red hair and my immune system gets stronger, not weaker.

I was re-tested Sunday afternoon (January 28th, 2007) and I am happy to report that I, too, am now cancer-free! I asked him why it has taken me so much longer (I've received 21 treatments now) than his brother and the other woman, and he told me that my cancer was much worse than theirs.

Now that the cancer level is at zero, he will begin treating my candida, fungus and thyroid problem. I'm not coming home until I'm well, but hopefully that will be at the end of Feb. I flew here Jan.4th.
All I can tell you about what the treatments are, is that they are all natural, and they are always given I.V. Treatment days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I receive two I.V.’s per day. I feel soooooooo much better now than when I arrived in early January. I feel like I did before I got sick this summer.

The treatments are a little bit pricey. The initial test, which takes about 2 – 3 hours, costs $750. After that, the I.V. treatments are $150 each. It’s around $900 per week, but oh how sweet it is to be CANCER FREE!

Last week I asked the doc if he was excited about this discovery and what it could mean to the world? He said it was much too early to be excited about it, because it would require a lot more testing on patients with different kinds of cancer to see how it would work. He also didn’t think it would work well on patients with brain tumors, due to the blood-brain-barrier, but he hasn’t treated anyone with a brain tumor yet to see how they respond to it. He won’t be making any claims anytime soon. (Although I feel a Nobel Prize coming on – for him, not for me) LOL- laugh out loud
I personally think this discovery is exciting. I just want to burst with the news. To be honest though, I wasn’t going to share this story with the public, because it was, once again, so personal. Then two days ago God really dealt with me harshly, and kept bringing me to Esther chapter 4, verse 14. ‘`For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?’’

I would rather listen and obey, then cower with embarrassment. There are too many people hurting in this world to keep this information to myself. I wasn’t sure what to think of Arild Abrahamsen before I met him. There was so much controversy around him and accussations from Danny Shelton. But after meeting this man, I had to chuckle inside about what a poor choice Danny had made, picking on this doctor. You only need to meet him to see it. He is filled with integrity, honesty and compassion for his patients. I would liken Abrahamsen in character, to that of Mark Finley or Doug Bachelor! I’m not afraid of him anymore, or leery, . . . I'm proud to call him a friend, and consider him one of the greatest doctors I have had the privilege of meeting.

God is blessing Abrahamsen with the gift of healing. True, it’s not the science we grew up with in school, biology class, or nursing school, and it DOES require a shift in your paradigm to understand his technology, but God is blessing Abrahamsen’s work, none-the-less!

I hope you all are happy and healthy and loving life. I have learned once again how valuable each and every day is. Life is a gift, we can use it to help and serve others, or we can waste it.
I'm so glad God gave you all to me, . . . this crazy and strangely wonderful Adventist family! I want you to know that I pray for all of you often! And I'm asking you to please pray for me.
It is kind of strange though. Here I am receiving treatments to save my life and all I can think about is how blessed I am. I'm not the sickest person in the U.S., and yet Gods' timing with this cure is so incredible! I have moments of feeling guilty. I feel the Lord's hand over me, under me, and around me, everywhere I go.

There is a purpose for me here in this foreign land and I continue to pray that God will use my life in a mighty and powerful way to help others receive life.

We pray that Barb is a part in this breaktrough in the treatment of cancer. She is only the third patient receiving this new treatment which is based on the latest scientific research. Dr. Arild was very excited about this when he discovered the possibilities only a few weeks ago. With his advanced technology he is able to test how much cancer there still is left in the body until there is no more. In the past he was able to decrease the amount of cancer in the body, and he was able to help my wife, Irmgard, a lot, but it is only with this new discovery that he is able to get the cancer level down to zero.

Just a gentle warning: There is no lodging available in connection with his clinic, so that has to be arranged elsewhere.

Another problem is that his usual waiting list is one year, even though he treats up to 50 patients a day. He never had an ad in a paper, and there is not even a name nor a house number on his clinic. And it is far off the beaten track in rural settings.

Who, but someone involved with 3ABN would want to get hold of the information that was taken. That is about as low as you can go. Well maybe not-looks like it may even get worse. Please tell Linda I used to love to watch her on 3ABN. I just recently came back to church and was amazed that there was a 24/7 channel about the SDA message. I would watch Linda and think that must be what angels look like.

Calvin's sister-in-law, Paula, would be a greatly blessed by this treatment. Her life of ministry has been a great blessing to many. I believe she should continue to bless many through her gifts and enjoy a healthy long life too!

Maybe one day God will provide the means for me to go see Dr A. too.

I agree, a powerful testimony. I'm curious as to how the doctor tests for cancer after the treatments.

It makes me sad to hear about the break-ins. Where is it all going to end? Where was Derrell when his car was broken into? Was he in IL?

Are you really thinking about what is going on here. Somebody mentions that Linda's house was broke into and then Darrel's car. Next thing that comes on is that 3abn people are responsible. Yet another ludicrous accusation. Right now, on this site, 3abn would get the blame for global warming and inflation, as well as the war in Irak. I believe that even the great Gailon Joy said that bsda had taken all of this over the top. If the so called Investigator and Accuser of 3abn said that,, wow, that says a lot.

Firstly, I want to thank Barbary for thinking of us and updating us on her situation. My prayers are with her, and I'm so happy to hear that she was able to go to Norway for treatment of her cancer and have such wonderful results.

However, the one paragraph above really caught my attention. Such a break-in normally makes an individual feel violated and threatened. That only 3ABN materials were meddled with would seem to send a clear message. (I suspect that the .. ahem... "robbers" were careful enough so nothing can be proven.) Such criminal behavior does tell its own story.

However, if Barbara or someone else is able to clarify, I'm curious about that forged signature. On what kind of document was her signature forged?

It also seems that the break-in into Darrel's car was meant to intimidate because nothing of value was stolen. It tells us of what caliber "the opposition" is.

It seems to me that another account on this board mentioned someone breaking into Linda's car and confronting her with a cheap watch found in the glove compartment? Might there be a connection?

(I do hope that both Linda and Derrel reported the break-ins, so that there is an official record.)
