New Letters At Save3abn Options

Just read the letters from the second mom, Judy Woods, Sherry Avery,

i have just one question how long is your side going to pretend that not one thing happen or it was all over 30 years ago. HOw long are you going to party to the cover of sin which always leads to more sin.

I have just read everything added in the past two days at Save3abn.com. The letters from the participants in the TS situation speak for themselves.

The emails showing the development of the process ASI was to have used are very interesting. I am very glad they have been made available. It seems fairly clear to me that there was never going to be a chance of full transparency even though the procedures for conducting the proceedings were getting closer to what I would consider a fair hearing (or within the legal concept of "due process").

Can someone tell me if there are more email coming or if this is it and the next response was ASI issuing the statement that they were withdrawing?

Can someone tell me if the person referred to as having resigned is the attorney that was discussed on another thread or is that inappropriate speculation on my part?

And I have asked before but not received an answer, has Mr. Joy ever been a licensed attorney even if he is not now?

I am dismayed once again that there seems to be a presumption that lawyers in the process only hinder truth finding and that praying for discernment makes it more likely a truthful and fair decision will be reached.

I just tried to go to the Save3ABN website but they must be uploading or something as it did not come up.

I was referring to something in one of the emails where (and I can't tell you who since I could not get back to it) someone points out to ASI/HL that other issues must be considered because someone who had brought something possibly unethical to the attention of DS eventually resigned due to manufactured evidence against him/her. Since questions have been asked and speculation raised that Nick Miller did not resign merely because he had better things to do with his time, I wondered if that was the person that was essentially forced to resign if I read the email correctly.

Sorry for any confusion I caused and I should have trusted my instinct to quote the exact paragraph from the email I was referring to.

No, to my knowledge and lots of others that know him personally, he has never been a licensed attorney, a licensed investigator nor is he any kind of an official reporter.

Another person of note, a former prominent 3ABNer who is not pro-Linda, has informed me in writing that Danny threatened him/her to back off regarding financial, operational, and personal concerns, and when he/she didn't, that Danny ordered the fraudulent manufacturing of evidence against him/her, which thus produced a damaging allegation against him/her, and led to his/her resignation, without the board investigating whether his/her claim of such deceit was legitimate, even when it was brought to their attention. I wish I could say that that case was ancient history, but it was definitely not.
