I am not a professional transcriber, but after watching the final minutes of the first hour of the pre-recorded 3ABN LIVE program on February 15, 2007, I felt the need to attempt to put the words to print. In the beginning, I tried to catch everyone's comments in the order that they were given, but as I proceeded, I found it to be too difficult to include some of the generic background voices. Any time actual words were spoken I tried my best to discern them and add them where they occurred.
The fruits of my attempt follows. While I won't claim that it is perfect, I spent several hours diligently trying to get it as close to that mark as possible. PB DS: Now, I'm gonna talk - I've never done this so straightforward, Walt, to our viewers but I think we're all in this together and, uh, it's amazing to me that since this has been happening in this 10 commandments last weekend especially it seems like Satan has tried to attack this ministry... CA?: Yeah DS:...so much so that I just found out today there are a group of people, small group, call themselves Seventh-day Adventist they u-all are members for as I know of this church yet they're makin it their job they're going on the internets telling people ta call their cable stations and call uh a 3abn affiliate stations and tell em to take off 3abn... ?: Tsk! DS: cause they're... SQ: Lord have mercy ?Male: Hmm DS: Isn't that amazing to.. ?Male: (unintelligible comment) Female: Have Mercy WT: Strange Day. DS: It is a strange day now we we uh thankfully we have the Spirit of Prophecy and I've read things like we have more to fear from within then from without ?M: mmmm ?F: mmmm DS: and I say this to you, some of you sayin' oh don't air dirty laundry, I'm sorry to say people are airing dirty laundry to the world we don't want to go into details and we don't name names. Uh they're a small group of people who wants to put everybody's sins, though they don't really know they're their sins but they've heard that they are (Male: Hmm) so they wanta, as they say, trash and talk terrible about people and literally put it up for the world to see anybody can read it. (Male: Hmm) and I'm amazed that these people are set on destroying (Female: Umhm) that they're willing to overlook the souls(amens) of the letters of all the people that are lives are being changed by this ministry and now they've gone so far - see, honestly it's okay if they attack me, the old saying is sticks and stones'll break my bones but words will never hurt me I mean I'm sorry but that's - I was taught that from the time I was a kid. Everybody likes to be liked but you don't have to be. If you're doin' what you feel God calls you to do I'm just willing to do it and you know what my dad used to say "Son you're as happy as if you had good sense" (all laugh) DS:So people, honestly, so I'm not a - this is not a feel sorry for me this is not anything about me, this is about people who totally have lost focus of the times in which we're living and they're affecting other people, Christians, outside the Adventist church as well as inside the church and they're putting all this stuff that supposedly are people's sins and they feel that, Dr. Walt, that it's their job to do it and they their idea is to take this ministry down. Now this is not the Catholic church doin' it, it's not the Baptist church these are people - in fact I have a question here let's see if I've got time maybe I'll quickly read it and we may have to come back and I thought it would be a good question to go to. It says uh here, this is for you Dr. Walt, "We are long-time viewers of 3abn and it is such a blessing. We are very disturbed by some of the awful and unChristian things that have been printed on the internet. All of the thing - bad things have been coming from one side. It seems that Danny and 3abn have been silent. Why have you chosen not to answer any of the horrible things that have been said about you and the ministry. We know that uh we know that it is the-uh more Christian way but we just wondered why you have not said anything in your defense. And by the way we don't believe these things." But they - it's a good question and we feel like maybe it's time that we go on the air for the first time and talk about that. Uh, why we have been silent. Some things happened here nearly three years ago an wh-and we've tried not to say anything why WT: H-h-h-h-how do you say things without hurting people? DS: (clears throat)mmkay. WT: Hu-how do you hu-how do you say truth, uh, without being accusing? DS: mmhmm WT: You know and Satan is the accuser of the brethren and you know we-uh we have decided from day one that we were not going to do that DS: mmhmm WT: and and yet, uh, there comes a point when, what when do we stand up for God's cause DS: mmhmm WT: because God's cause is being hurt and there comes a point when I think we do have to take a stand and take a position DS: mmhmm WT: and uh I think this this that as now. DS Okay..we've tried ne-talking to people. That didn't really help. We tried the Matthew 18. So then we tried to go before ASI and ASI willing to hear an basically any complaints that people had or accusations they brought out but this little group of people wouldn't work with ASI so ASI now has made a statement sayin' we can't work with those folk 'cause they won't abide by the rules that we're setting up ta to to hear this whole situation out and.. WT: An-and we are an independent organization or supporting industry uh ministry of the church DS: mmhmm WT: so the church doesn't really have responsibility or authority DS: Right WT: so they can't become involved and so ya know kinda we're out here sitting alone DS: mmhmm WT: an who who who do we talk to, DS: mmhmm WT: who do we give our evidence to that can look at it and believe it and evaluate it? DS: Right, an an I think ASI was was the correct choice, an I'm very thankful, wanna say hats off to ASI WT: That's right. DS: That's work, hats off to ASI and, uh for the willingness to work and to try to to be here to support and it didn't work out and yet now on the internet they're literally, it's it's amazing, the stuff that they're putting and I I'm sorry to say, or I guess I'm happy to say, that people don't stop at the truth they will tell lies. They will take something and spin it to go which ever way they want to get a point across. One man, for instance, is posing himself as a doctor when he really isn't a doctor 'cause he feels like he gets more (WT: mileage,+ unclear comments from others)respect, heh-heh, more respect by calling himself doctor so-and-so. Uh, we find that one man's a convicted embezzler that has been that's throwing the stones and so my concern is the people that'er reading this, that we as Christians, when we see people putting things up for instance, anyone who is the accuser of a brethren can put somebody's sins to the world whether they're guilty or not we shouldn't be reading it. If we do, we put (music starts) ourselves in a position to be mesmerized to believe it. And so I think we have to be careful. Who is DS referring to by someone posing as a doctor? Also, is it true that people are calling cable companies asking for 3ABN to be taken off the air? I think that is a bit much - if that is true it makes me really sad...  If God is truly through with 3ABN I think He can dismantle it on His own without any of us making such phone calls...JMHO...  P.S. - yes, thank you for doing this!!! even down to the "ahems" and giggles...!!

What came out of the tirade to me?
The fact that he said that folks are trying to publically parade people's sins.... That to me states guilt. Guilt of what - I am not sure of yet...but he admits that their was something sinful, that was not made public, that was hidden, that people are trying to "make public"..... Hummmmm....  BTW: I am SDA. Baptized. Following. Tithe-paying. Youth-ministering. EG White lovin' - (yet not takin' over the BIBLE....). For him to state that I call myself an SDA is going beyond "judgin"...... Merinate on dat.

Is he SDA? - That I can neither confirm or deny & I don't want him doing the same to me jes because I call his home...um...dirty. If it is dirty - clean it up. IF it ain't - ignore me......

When you get to see all those words down on paper that went whizzing by in some convoluted and confusing fashion (hmm) it helps to really "hear" what was being said. I wonder if they ever do this - go back and listen to themselves....yes, I think that does occur and that's when things are edited out. And thank you for keeping all those details in there too - they very much add to the picture (the ahems and giggles and so on).  I watched it myself. It will be on again Sunday afternoon too. That is an interesting spin which contradicts what has been publicly posted. ASI clearly wanted to limit the discussion very narrowly. ASI was not open to expanding it. Frankly, I agree that ASI could not have effectively expanded it to basically any complaint. There were many that ASI was correct in not addressing. I don't know if I will be adding more even though it is so telling to see what Danny says in print. Transcribing takes me, as an unprofessional, over an hour per minute to put down. I'll pray about it. Ralph, Are you doing more? Observer, The following caught my ear and then my eye. I thought ASI was to be a neutral entity, arbitrating whatever both sides settled on. This statement by Danny doesn't cast them in a very neutral light! They will take something and spin it to go which ever way they want to get a point across. One man, for instance, is posing himself as a doctor when he really isn't a doctor 'cause he feels like he gets more (WT: mileage,+ unclear comments from others)respect, heh-heh, more respect by calling himself doctor so-and-so. Uh, we find that one man's a convicted embezzler that has been that's throwing the stones and so my concern is the people that'er reading this, that we as Christians, when we see people putting things up for instance, anyone who is the accuser of a brethren can put somebody's sins to the world whether they're guilty or not we shouldn't be reading it. If we do, we put (music starts) ourselves in a position to be mesmerized to believe it. And so I think we have to be careful. We're gonna take a short break and we'll be right back. Unfortunately, in order to get the wording as accurately transcribed as possible, I had to pause/rewind a LOT. -------------------- Got Peace?

I also use a transcription program for taped Testing sessions ...and it's hard work when two people are talking at the same time...let known 3-5...
