....and if she was the Counselor "brought in by 3ABN -then she isn't to be in a "friendship" with her client anyway.....
That's a "dual relationship" ...that's touchy ground that can get you in trouble w/ HIPPA also. BTW: if she was functioning as a "Board Member" - then the statements of the Board Meeting should not have been discussed unless ALL OF THE DISCUSSION is made privy to all.... Not just "sections" that relate to Linda....but Danny's "stuff" too.... Also - unless she is the Public Relations person for the Board - she shouldn't have been talkin' either. Most organizations that can be in the "public" eye have a Public Relations specialist that speaks to media issues and such. Is this Kuzma person the PR for 3ABN? If so then she is fine. Now if she is the Counselor in this situation - then the HIPPA "code" covers the PR (Paper covers Rock).....and she would have had to keep the mouth shutteth! To this day that story is told as the miracle that started 3ABN, but it is false. The first camera equipment at 3ABN came from Joe Crews at Amazing Facts and was purchased on a barter deal for air time.
